A Ukrainian IT company working with international clients
Codewave Lab (LLC "Codewave Lab", ТОВ «КОДВЕЙВ ЛАБ») is a limited liability company established under the laws of Ukraine. The company specialises in data processing and web portal activities.
We work with legal entities under services agreements. Services are provided remotely, using our own technical means and our own team of specialists. Settlements with clients, including foreign clients, are made by bank transfer to the company's current account with a Ukrainian bank.

What we do
The specific scope of work is defined by the client's tasks within the agreement.
Search services and databases
Management of websites with search engines: creating and maintaining large databases of Internet addresses and content in a format convenient for search.
Media sites and content
Management of media sites that periodically update their information content: planning and publishing updates, keeping materials current.
Data processing
Collecting, structuring, validating and updating data for the client's web resources, and preparing data for search and analysis.
How we work
A clear process from task to acceptance

Tasks
The client sets tasks in a task management system, by e-mail or in a work messenger. Tasks given orally are recorded in writing for the client's approval.

Delivery
We perform tasks using our own technical means and record their status and results in the task management system.

Acts and documents
Services rendered are confirmed by acts of services rendered. Documents are signed via electronic signature services.

Payment
Payment is made against invoices by bank transfer to the company's current account.
